Pregnancy Retreat Day
Sat 13th April 11.30 - 6pm. Union Ramsgate
A relaxing, nurturing, nourishing and informative day retreat by the Sea.
An opportunity to reflect and celebrate this change in your life.
We are a group of Women who work passionately in the community, offering support and
guidance in Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond.
We wanted to combine our knowledge to help expectant mothers to be able to thrive in their pregnancy and feel held and herd.
The day will be a chance to completely surrender and to lean into your pregnancy, to embrace it, learn about it, feed your body and mind as well as move and connect with yourself, your baby and other Mothers.

Nicole
Sound Healer
Just like musical instruments, our bodies and minds become aware and perform best when they are in tune. Through sound healing, we can re-tune our bodies and mind on a cellular level to bring them everything back into a healthy rhythm. In this workshop, we'll use breathing techniques and chimes, bowls and percussion instruments tuned at healing frequencies to balance your energy. You'll leave feeling rested and rejuvenated, with a clear mind
