Mum & Baby Yoga

​This 4 week Mum & Baby course is designed to empower you through movement. Reconnecting you with your body and mind, supporting you physically by nurturing and strengthening your new body.

 

It’s a great way to bond with your baby & give them a little treat with a baby massage.

 

You’ll get to meet other local Mamas and their babies in the community.

Suitable from 6 weeks for a vaginal birth, or 12 for a caesarean birth

classes are 1 hour.

We are absolutely delighted to bring together this bumper Postnatal course. Joining together some incredible teachers with a wealth of knowledge and passion to help educate, support and ease your way into new family life.

Baby Feeding with 

A wonderful workshop on all things baby feeding, bottle & breast feeding as well as how to introduce solids to your baby and weaning information. 

Baby & Child First Aid with Katie, Mini First Aid MidKent

We offer award winning baby and child first aid classes to parents and carers - as seen on Dragons Den.

 

Our 2 hour classes cover CPR, choking, burns, bumps, bleeding, febrile seizures and much more! 

Additional carers are welcome to join the First Aid course for £10

Baby sleep support and developments with Ailish, WholeHearted

 

During the session Ailish will share infant sleep biology in the first year and considerations to support your baby as they develop with sleep and your family as a whole. 

Pelvic Floor and Postnatal Recovery with Bridget, Pilates and Postnatal recovery specialist

This workshop is designed to reconnect you with your core and pelvic floor function, to enable a deep understanding and conscious control of all the muscles involved. We will look at this from all angles including breathing patterns, movement, posture, alignment and neurological muscle facilitation.

Postnatal Mental Health with Sophie, The Mama Coach

The workshop will focus on a gentle psychoeducation on what mental health is and is not, how we can help ourselves to stay mentally well in the first 1001 days with a baby (and beyond) and 10 simple steps to emotional wellbeing to help with anxiety, low mood, maternal ocd and more.  We will journal and meditate together to boost connections and awareness of self, baby and each other.

Mum & Baby Yoga and baby massage with Kat, Motherhooding Yoga

Little Yogis

Suitable for walkers - preschool aged kids plus an adult.​

The class is an entertaining and engaging way to introduce movement and yoga to your toddler. It is a great way to connect with them, be silly and have fun whilst moving and learning yoga together.

Class is 30 mins long, and the price includes 1 adult plus 2 children maximum.

For all Mothers-to-be, newborn mothers, mothers to teenagers or grandmas and nanas.

We invite you to join us on a series of collaborative workshops that are created just for you!

Allow yourself this moment to yourself. To relax, soften, reflect and rejuvenate.

Each session will begin with 45mins of soothing and relaxing yin yoga. An opportunity to gentley stretch, open and move your body in a mindful and restorative way.
